Technical Data Feeds

Unlike the PDF or text reports in the previous sections, these files are raw data intended for automated processing by the Client's internal systems.

Data Warehouse Files (.csv)

These files provide a comprehensive daily snapshot of all activity, balances, and customer data in a format that the Client can import into its own database or core system.

  • The Goal: To provide the Client with the raw data needed for internal reporting and secondary reconciliation.

  • Operational Role: Internal teams do not typically "read" these files. Instead, they ingest the data into their internal processing systems to analyze as needed.

  • Action: No action required, this data is typically just used for monitoring and analyzing.

Specialized Data Exports

Depending on the Client's specific setup, the Client may receive tailored exports for specific compliance or marketing tools.

  • How to Verify: Check the file name and date timestamp in the delivery portal.

  • Common Issues: If a file size is 0KB, it indicates an export failure that must be escalated to IT/Product Support immediately.
