Customer Statements & Tax Information Services

R&T offers customer statement and tax reporting services for fully disclosed Participating Institutions. Institutions may choose to leverage these optional services as part of R&T's end-to-end solution or continue using their existing statement and tax reporting processes with data provided through the DDM Program.

Tax Information

R&T facilitates 1099-INT tax information services to Participating Institutions with respect to Customers participating in the DDM Program. This supports compliance and transparency for Participating Institutions and their Customers.

Statement Service Options

For Participating Institutions utilizing R&T for monthly statement services, the following delivery and format options are available:

Developer Integration

For Participating Institutions seeking to automate their reporting workflows, the Statements API provides programmatic access to statement data and metadata. This service allows your development team to:

  • Automate Retrieval: Programmatically retrieve statement data or generated PDF statements for delivery through proprietary client portals or mobile applications.

  • Custom Rendering: Ingest raw statement data to maintain a consistent look and feel across all customer-facing documents.

  • On-Demand Access: Query specific date ranges or customer identifiers without manual file exports.
