How to Read Compensation Workbook Information

This workbook calculates the financial costs and earnings of the program for the Client.

  • The Accruals: Look for Daily Accrual to see what is being earned/owed on a day-to-day basis.

  • Final Compensation: At the bottom of the "Reciprocal Example," focus on the Final compensation amount. This is the net dollar figure that will be settled at month-end.

  • The Difference: In the Reciprocal view, focus on the Interest Difference column to see how the "Send" and "Receive" rates are balancing out.

Call Report Information

The information provided assists the Client with completing their firm-wide Call Reporting regulatory filings. While this report can be useful in completing Call Report filing, R&T does not prepare or file Call Reports on behalf of participating institutions. Each participating institution remains responsible for determining the appropriate regulatory classification of its complete balance sheet, reconciling information from all relevant products and service providers, and submitting its institution-wide Call Report. Detailed transaction and account-level data can be reviewed and reconciled using the Customer Deposits Held at Bank Report.

* Based on information your bank has previously provided to us, we understand that your bank wishes to classify the "reciprocal deposits" at your bank under the programs we administer as "not brokered deposits" (i.e., core deposits). Accordingly, in this sample report, we have included all such "reciprocal deposits" in RCON JH83 on Schedule RC-E. Your bank is solely responsible for conducting its own analysis and determination as to whether that classification is, in fact, accurate. If your bank determines that such funds should not be classified as core deposits, but should instead be classified as "brokered" (and reported in Schedule RC-O, item 9, instead of in RCON JH83 on Schedule RC-E as currently set forth above), your bank will need to revise those Schedules accordingly when using the information in this sample report to prepare your bank's Call Reports.
See "Important Disclosure" on the last page of this sample report.
